October, '04, Ottawa...I promise it's the same person |
I was born in Albertville, Alabama on September 2, 1957. My parents
are Bobby G. Rice and Carol Rains Rice. I attended Asbury Junior High School in grades 1 through 9 and Albertville High where
I graduated in 1975. In 1985 I enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served three years. After the Navy I attended Snead State Community
College and then the University of Alabama where I earned a degree in secondary education with a certification in social science...

What a job!
I have the best job in the world...well it would be if it were
permanent....I'am an aide at Albertville High School but, I really want a full-time teaching job. I have taught
in Bogota, Colombia, San Pedro Sula, Honduras, and Managua, Nicaragua and there is nothing I had rather do. I also worked
in the Migrant Education Program in Kentucky. Working with kids is the greatest job in the world and a great honor.
